| Facilities/Techniques used for Conducting Quality Control | Dhruv ensures quality of all input materials used in production processes through proper selection of suppliers, which are mainly of International repute like Treofan Germany, Bollore France, SYC Korea for base BOPP Film and Zinacore Belgium for Zinc and Manfisa for Aluminium.
Quality of metallisation is checked and monitored in metallising process as well as after completion of metallising process and at the stage of slitting process.
Once slitted rolls have come out. A proper recording and coding of each slit roll is done to help the traceability. A highly skilled and experienced technical workforce helps to achieve "Zero Defect" in each product. Dhruv possesses testing facilities for online coating thickness measuring both in MD/TD, online fault measuring devices that detect any weak spot during metallising process and online fault clearing devices for clearing any electrical fault before slitting
